5 things I love about my Nokia 5800

The Nokia 5800 is a loveable device. It works, it looks good it, makes you touch it even if you don’t need to. Two weeks into our love affair, it grows on me more and more.

Here are the five most loveable things about the 5800:

  1. The small tingling buzz, when I touch it. I could switch it off as I don’t need the haptic feedback, but I do love the sensation of it reacting to my fingers. :-)
  2. The awesome, bright and beautiful screen. I just love to watch (and show) videos on it, which makes everyone drool.
  3. The unlock switch. It is in the most natural position, requiring a natural gesture to lock or unlock.
  4. The visual transitions of S60V5. I don’t care about battery or performance implications, I need the eye candy ;-) The small red blinking dot showing an application starting up is my personal favorite.
  5. The sound. I just love the clarity and power of the 5800’s speakers, as much as my neighbor loves it!

What do you love about the 5800?

Update: Ricky beated me to publishing almost the same list. So I need to publish my “hate” list ahead of time also ;-)
